Get up and running with RewardsPro in minutes

Welcome to RewardsPro! This guide will help you set up your loyalty program quickly and efficiently. Most merchants complete setup in under 15 minutes.

Quick Start (5 Minutes)

For merchants who want to get started immediately:

Step 1: Install & Open

Install RewardsPro from the Shopify App Store and open the app.

Step 2: Create Your First Tier

Go to Membership Tiers → Create Tier:

  • Name: "Bronze" (or your preferred name)

  • Minimum Spend: $0

  • Cashback Rate: 2%

Step 3: Create a Second Tier

Create at least one upgrade tier:

  • Name: "Silver"

  • Minimum Spend: $500

  • Cashback Rate: 4%

Step 4: Enable Automation

Go to Settings → Tier Automation and enable automatic tier recalculation.

Step 5: You're Live!

New orders will now earn cashback automatically.

That's it! Your basic loyalty program is now active. Customers will earn cashback based on their tier.

What Happens After Setup?

Once your loyalty program is live:

  1. New Orders → Cashback is calculated and credited automatically

  2. Customer Balances → Updated in real-time

  3. Tier Progress → Customers advance through tiers as they spend

  4. Widget → Customers see their tier and balance on your store
