When to Edit

  • Updating spending thresholds for better segmentation

  • Changing evaluation period strategy

  • Renaming tiers for better clarity

  • Adjusting cashback rates based on profitability

Locate the tier in the Loyalty Tiers card

Click the Edit button on the tier row

Modify the desired fields

Click Save


Important Considerations

⚠️ Customer Impact:

  • Editing a tier affects all customers currently assigned to it

  • Cashback percentage changes apply to future orders immediately

  • Threshold changes may trigger automatic tier recalculation

⚠️ Spending Threshold Changes:

  • Lowering threshold: May cause customers to upgrade automatically

  • Raising threshold: May cause customers to downgrade if below new threshold

  • Recommendation: Review customer distribution before major threshold changes

⚠️ Evaluation Period Changes:

  • Switching between Annual/Lifetime recalculates all customer tiers

  • May cause mass tier upgrades or downgrades

  • Best Practice: Set evaluation period before launch and avoid changing
