When to Edit
Updating spending thresholds for better segmentation
Changing evaluation period strategy
Renaming tiers for better clarity
Adjusting cashback rates based on profitability
Locate the tier in the Loyalty Tiers card

Click the Edit button on the tier row
Modify the desired fields

Click Save
Important Considerations
⚠️ Customer Impact:
Editing a tier affects all customers currently assigned to it
Cashback percentage changes apply to future orders immediately
Threshold changes may trigger automatic tier recalculation
⚠️ Spending Threshold Changes:
Lowering threshold: May cause customers to upgrade automatically
Raising threshold: May cause customers to downgrade if below new threshold
Recommendation: Review customer distribution before major threshold changes
⚠️ Evaluation Period Changes:
Switching between Annual/Lifetime recalculates all customer tiers
May cause mass tier upgrades or downgrades
Best Practice: Set evaluation period before launch and avoid changing
